camping + hiking + fishing = Hello Summer!

I'm looking foreword to spending my weekend like a "boy scout" in the great outdoors. I can't wait to camp, hike, fish and umm, make banana boats- yummy! Most girls I know in So.Cal refuse to go camping; not me! I can't get enough of it... it must be the Pacific Northwest in me.

I love being spontaneous; this past weekend I went to the Palm Springs and stayed at the Viceroy designed by Kelly Wearstler....it was pure luxury. 

I heart Palm Springs in the winter!

Blackberry Farm

I would ordinarily not think to escape to Tennessee for a getaway. But this farm looks like a beautiful serene place to retreat. From the lovely accommodations to the farm fresh food. You can hike the Smokey Mountains or go fly fishing. It looks pretty romantic with their carriage rides, hammocks to lounge on and live music at night.
