{Mountain Life}

I'm not sure if its the fact that it is gray and rainy in San Diego in July (which is completely abnormal). Meanwhile, I'm wearing a flannel shirt; knowing the rest of the country is having a extreme heat wave. But, I feel the urge to head to the wilderness. To be surrounded by the tall green trees and the damp dirt and breathe the fresh mountain air. I love this enormous house, layered with neutral colors and textures. The old natural beams,  limed woods and gray, taupe and white color palette feels so modern and rustic at the same time.

{Rugged meets Dazzling}

      I am crazy about this house!  The contrast of the gnarly antlers covering the walls, the worn in leather furniture, the rich wood floors/paneling mixed with crystal light fixtures, adorned crown molding and sparkling gold accents makes this space unique. The airy blue walls is like the frosting on the cake. I enjoy the juxtaposition of the rough and ornate I think it is what makes it so interesting!
